You’ve got what success takes!! This law firm is looking for an exceptional plaintiff litigation paralegal with personal injury experience to join their team. Your days will fly by as you are busy with factual research and document analysis. Experience all aspects of assisting your attorney in getting ready for trial from beginning to end. You will have the opportunity to attend trial too. Your days will be full as you draft and file petitions, handle discovery, request medical records, prepare clients for depositions, create trial binders, and negotiate medical and lien reductions. You can show off your people skills as there is heavy client communication with your clients regarding their cases. Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

Familiarity with Subrogation liens is a plus

Ideal candidate will handle assigned case files, processing cases from time of transfer to litigation, through the entire litigation process, to settlement

Must be able to process litigation case matters and documents through the case management system properly and efficiently

Required to have a good understanding of damages and law suits

Should have experience in evidence gathering and legal document analysis

Act as liaison to your Partner, Senior Counsel, Opposing Counsel, Expert Witnesses, and Vendors

Experience drafting petitions, discovery, motions, notices, affidavits, and other legal documents

Should have a Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor’s Degree

Will be asked to participate in department meetings, case meetings and planning
