    RN Navigator opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

     

    Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Nurse Navigator position. The Nurse Navigator is a dedicated registered nurse responsible for guiding patients through the complexities of the healthcare system. This role ensures seamless coordination of care, emotional support, and education for patients and families across the continuum of care. The Nurse Navigator collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing patient needs from diagnosis through survivorship or end-of-life care. Cross trained to Oncology/Infusion to assist with staffing needs. See Job Description for Oncology/Infusion RN role.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN or ADN, current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations. License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.

    + Preferred experience in Oncology, Palliative Care, or Chronic Disease Management, specialty certification (e.g., Oncology Cert5ified Nurse (OCN), Certified Navigator, or other relevant credentials

    + Basic Life Support/CPR certification

    + Computer Skills/EMR experience preferred

     

    Schedule: Part-time, 16 hours/week, Day Shift
