The Opportunity:
As a highly valued member of the Dallas, TX Team, the Prepress Trainee will learn all roles in the Prepress Department. The Prepress Trainee will need to recognize, adapt, and implement changes in printing workflow. Understand systems based on workflow and software needs. Use knowledge of printing processes to carry out procedures of jobs based on quick turnaround.
This position will provide support to the Prepress Department.
This position is located onsite at the Dallas, TX Plant.

* Follows instructions accurately.
* Handles multiple jobs in various production stages.
* Follows work instructions and control plans.
* Adheres to quality control procedures.
* Performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
* Ensures product conforms to quality standards.
* Follows all standard operating procedures relevant to the job, position, and department.
* Follows established policies, work instructions, and safety and environmental guidelines.
* Completes non-compliance documentation as necessary.
* Keeps work area neat and clean.
* Coordinates efforts as part of the team to assist all co-workers (in all departments) to maximize production efficiencies.
* Performs other job duties as assigned.

* Basic computer skills.
* Must possess the following competencies: accuracy, reliability, decision-making, time management, and self-motivation.
* Must be able to maintain good attendance.
* Able to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
* Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
