Adecco is hiring immediately for Mechanically Inclined Warehouse Workers at a client in Troy, MI. Mechanically Warehouse Workers perform essential tasks with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $21.87/hr. As a Mechanically Warehouse Worker, you will use mechanic’s tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, drills) to perform basic assembly, maintenance, or adjustments, diagnose and troubleshoot machinery, and work on engines or small engines within a warehouse environment.

Requirements:

+ This position requires mechanical aptitude, including familiarity with mechanic’s tools and the ability to use them fluently.

+ Must be able to diagnose machinery issues and perform maintenance on engines or small engines.

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50–75 lbs) and other physically demanding tasks.

+ Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

+ Reliability and punctuality are crucial.

+ Must pass a 6-panel hair follicle drug screen.

+ Previous warehouse or mechanically inclined roles are preferred but not required.

**Pay Details:** $21.87 per hour
