Join Adecco’s Crew for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™!

Adecco is hiring Customer Transport Service Crew to support transport operations at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ in Orangeburg, NY. The **Crew** is made up of part-time Adecco associates who take on short-term event assignments based on demand. As a **Crew Associate** , you’ll support the seamless movement of vehicles and guests at one of the world’s largest sporting events.

You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive guest experience while helping manage parking, traffic flow, and VIP transport services. Crew members select shifts using the Adecco Digital Platform and may be scheduled based on workload and staffing needs.

We have openings on multiple shifts and can help you find the best shift to fit your schedule!

What You’ll Do

Welcome & Guest Services

+ Greet and escort guests from arrivals to transport pickup zones

+ Operate the Welcome Desk and provide directions and transport information

+ Confirm transport bookings and coordinate with dispatch teams

+ Assist with guest questions and ensure a professional, helpful atmosphere

Vehicle Dispatch & Coordination

+ Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs

+ Communicate using internal systems to manage transport logistics

+ Organize and maintain transport equipment and staging areas

Parking & Traffic Support

+ Direct traffic at checkpoints and car parks, guiding drivers to designated spots

+ Maintain smooth traffic flow and support wayfinding efforts

+ Assist with setup and management of pick-up/drop-off zones

+ Help organize safe and efficient parking of cars and buses

Operations & Safety

+ Report incidents or disruptions to supervisors

+ Follow event procedures and assist with setup/breakdown as needed

+ Monitor activity and ensure safe, organized operations throughout your shift

What You Bring

+ Event or transportation experience (a plus)

+ Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile tools/systems

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

+ Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

+ Physical ability to stand, walk, and direct vehicles during long shifts

+ Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus

+ Mobile Device Requirement: As part of this role, employees are required to have access to an active mobile phone. The position may involve receiving job-related communications and tasks through text messages, calls, or mobile applications provided by Adecco. Employees must be willing and able to download and use these applications as part of their daily responsibilities. Reasonable accommodation will be made as required by law.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
