Motivating our associates to do the same and upholding our commitment to making every bite count.What you?ll do:Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.Represent the brand?s core values appropriately at all times.Understand Hoffman's culture and demonstrate it to the team.Must be able to work alone or with minimum amount of supervision.Able to provide guidance to sales associates.Able to execute opening and closing store procedures.Perform all operational/cash handling procedures accurately according to policies.Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.Accountable for food safety protocols for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of store. Ensures a safe guest and working environment. Must be fluent on and be able to represent the Voice of Hoffman?s (VoH)*Effectively communicate all store needs to Store Manager or Manager on Duty.Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.Have FUN!* Voice of Hoffman?s (VoH) is the distinct personality a brand takes on in its communication, marketing messaging, merchandising, social media and other ways the brand communicates with its customers.Who you are:A chocolate and sweets enthusiast.Passionate about customer service.Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Enjoys testing new ideas, concepts, and flavors.Reliable and able to demonstrate dependability, responsibility, and consistency in their job performance.Positively responds to direction and requests for assistance from associates, managers, and guests.What you?ll need:Must be 18 years of age or older.1 year of retail experience (preferably within the sweets or confections industry).Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.Able and willing to operate POS/ register.Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs.
