    Forklift Operator – $16.93/HR | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule

     

    **Trane** is a global leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. We are currently hiring **Forklift Operators** to support our warehouse operations in a full-time, day-shift role. This position is considered **Safety Sensitive** and plays a key role in shipping, receiving, and material handling.

    • Pay & Schedule:

    + **Pay:** $16.93 per hour

    + **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    + **Location:** Springdale, AR

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate forklifts and other industrial machinery to move materials.

    + Inspect product loads for accuracy and damage.

    + Load/unload and stack materials from pallets, skids, or boxes—manually or with lifting devices.

    + Transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.

    + Assist in shipping, receiving, and general warehouse housekeeping.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 2 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.

    + Drivers license required.

    + Must pass a forklift assessment.

    Skills:

    + Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work well in a team.

    + Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.

    **Pay Details:** $16.93 per hour
