Adecco is assisting a leading pharmaceutical services client in recruiting for a **Field Reimbursement Manager** in the **Kansas City territory** . This is a **remote, temp-to-hire opportunity** with **80% travel** required across Kansas and Missouri.
This position requires **8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience** , including work with Medicare, commercial insurance, and specialty pharmacy. Candidates must reside in the assigned territory and have experience supporting therapies in the **MDD therapeutic space** .
Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
+ Assist clinics with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and claim submissions
+ Educate provider offices on payer policies, reimbursement services, and appeals processes
+ Collaborate with manufacturer reps, case managers, and internal hub support teams
+ Conduct 15+ on-site or virtual provider interactions weekly
+ Maintain accurate activity documentation in CRM and support program performance reports
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ 8+ years in healthcare reimbursement (including Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy)
+ Medicare and commercial insurance experience required
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Previous field, biologics, or sales experience strongly preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
+ Must reside in Kansas City area (KS or MO)
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

**Pay Details:** $55.29 per hour
