Receptionist
Adecco is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Administrative Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a law office in Houston, Tx. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
+ Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff entering the office
+ Stock and maintain supplies in office refrigerators and kitchen areas
+ Receive and distribute deliveries/packages
+ Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and staff as needed
+ Provide general administrative support and assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
+ Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Positive attitude and professional appearance
+ Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
What’s in it for you:

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
