• **Location:** Chicago, IL
• **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• **Department:** Marketing Technology
• **Reports To:** Marketing Technology Manager
• **Salary Range:** $55K – $70K/year (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
Vedder Price is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **CRM Coordinator** to support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives through the effective use of our CRM platform, **Intapp CRM (DealCloud)** . This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity, supporting user adoption, and driving insights through clean, actionable data.
Key Responsibilities
• CRM System Management
+ Maintain and enhance the firm’s CRM (Intapp CRM/DealCloud), including data linking, field creation, and dashboard configuration.
+ Differentiate and communicate between standard Intapp features and Vedder-specific customizations.
+ Build and manage reports on activities, relationships, and custom fields.
• Cross-Functional Support
+ Document and improve CRM-related processes across departments.
+ Assist in training attorneys and staff on CRM usage with professionalism and clarity.
+ Coordinate with external vendors under the guidance of the Marketing Technology Manager.
• Research & Data Integrity
+ Conduct internal and external research to verify and enrich contact data.
+ Utilize tools like ERM signature scraping and email tracking to ensure data accuracy.
+ Provide analytical support to attorneys and marketing teams.
• Data Maintenance
+ Manage and audit mailing lists, ensuring compliance with list hygiene standards.
+ Identify and merge duplicate records, manage subscription preferences, and resolve delivery issues.
+ Create and segment distribution lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing Support
+ Serve as backup for email marketing operations.
+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data during cleanup and conversion tasks.
Qualifications
+ **Experience:** 1–2+ years in CRM management, preferably with Intapp DealCloud or Lexis-Nexis InterAction
+ **Industry:** Law firm or professional services experience highly preferred
+ **Education:** BA/BS in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (preferred)
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong research and analytical abilities
+ Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
+ Understanding of CRM and data quality best practices
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
