+ **Pay:** $ 23.45/hr
+ **Shift/Hours:** M-F 8:30am – 5:30pm
+ **Contract:** 6 Months (with potential for extension or conversion)
Job Description:
The Transaction Management Ops. Analyst is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Essential Duties:
• Process investment transactions to trust accounting system for Private Bank clients.
• Providing operational support and transaction processing for various product types and functions.
• Data entry, settlement, balancing, reconciliation, and reporting for various types of transaction to meet critical deadlines.
• Analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and/or exceptions, and works with appropriate Financial Advisors, Investment Managers, and Internal and External Business partners to provide problem resolutions for function related items.
Requirements:
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet time service level deadlines are required
• Intermediate skill level needed for Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Understanding of investment products and solutions
• Flexibility to work peak processing days and times in an evolving environment

**Pay Details:** $23.45 per hour
