    CMM Technician (PC-DMIS)

     

    Adecco is hiring immediately for a **CMM Programmer** in **Livonia, MI** . Weekly pay starting at **$32.00–$37.00 per hour** based on experience, with competitive benefits options including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).     This is an excellent opportunity for experienced **CMM Programmers** with a background in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop efficient CMM programs using **PC-DMIS software** to meet customer and internal specifications

    + Review **math data, GD&T, and print specifications** for accurate measurement programming

    + Perform **capability studies** , fixture and gage calibrations, and annual customer part layouts

    + Support **production and launch layout needs** , reporting dimensional issues to quality and manufacturing teams

    + Generate clear, detailed **measurement reports and documentation**

    + Perform **GR&R and capability studies** as required

    + Utilize **Datapage+ software** for data collection and reporting

    + Maintain adherence to all company and safety policies

    Requirements:

    + **Minimum 5+ years of CMM programming experience** in an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment

    + **Proficient in PC-DMIS software (Version 2024.1)**

    + Strong working knowledge of **GD&T, CMM layout techniques, and statistical applications**

    + Experience performing **capability studies, GR&R, and data analysis**

    + Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**

    + Ability to interpret customer quality specifications and develop effective measurement programs

    + **Datapage+ software experience** required

    + **Manual plate layout** and **QDAS knowledge** a plus

    + Ability to **lift up to 35 lbs** and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment **Specific Software Training Requirements:** **CMM Programming:**
