We are currently hiring for an Assistant Security Site Lead in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position is 2nd shift with a starting pay rate of $18.25/hr paid weekly .

Requirements:

+ 1+ years of supervisor experience.

+ 3+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.

+ Previous scheduling and truck gate experience is preferred.

+ Reliable transportation.

+ Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.

+ High school diploma is required.

+ Strong customer service skills.

A Site Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Lead will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
