Job Title: Sr Planner - Supply ChainJob Description
As a Sr Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the configuration planning strategy and executing key projects that drive our global supply chain strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and executing strategic supply chain plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring supply availability. You will work collaboratively with various teams to develop comprehensive supply chain strategies for assigned product families, perform data analysis and modeling, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
+ Contribute to the execution of strategic plans by providing analysis and evaluation of planning scenarios around project qualification timelines, process lead times, and changeover downtimes.
+ Identify and mitigate risks across the global supply chain to ensure capacity, material availability, and on-time delivery.
+ Analyze future requirements and work cross-functionally to ensure supply availability as part of the supply planning process.
+ Provide inputs to support product launches and obsolescence planning, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving potential issues.
+ Partner with configuration/supply planning team, contract manufacturing management, program management, procurement team, R&D, manufacturing sites, and other related supply chain teams.
+ Perform process and data modeling for supply chain strategy scenarios using inputs from functional leaders and internal business partners.
+ Provide data analysis to help develop business cases and build cross-functional consensus, presenting proposals to leadership for projects with recommended implementation plans.
+ Support and contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, creating a connected planning ecosystem.
Essential Skills
+ In-depth knowledge of supply planning principles and fundamentals.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing through obstacles and ambiguity.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in structured communication strategies.
+ Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with supply chain systems such as Anaplan, Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion, and SAP IBP.
+ Ability to adapt to a dynamic, ever-changing environment while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
+ Excellent analytical, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in managing product transitions, revisions, and configuration changes across the supply chain.
+ Ability to coordinate part number revisions, phasing in/out new and old BOM components, and supporting manufacturing cutover planning.
+ Proficiency in business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Environment
The Sr Planner will manage product transitions, revisions, and configuration changes across the supply chain to ensure seamless product lifecycle management. This role involves coordinating part number revisions, phasing in/out new and old BOM components, and supporting manufacturing cutover planning. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
