    Job Title: Billing Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced AR/Billing Specialist with a focus on Contract/Project Billing in the Construction or related industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling the schedule of values and AIA forms, managing lien releases, and possessing strong collection experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage contract and project billing processes using schedule of values and AIA forms.

    + Handle lien releases and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

    + Execute effective collection strategies to maintain accounts receivable health.

    + Collaborate with the billing team and report progress and challenges.

    + Participate in training sessions to understand service billing processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract billing and accounts receivable.

    + Proficiency in Sage 100 ERP software and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.

    + Strong understanding of schedule of values and AIA billing processes.

    + Experience in lien release management and effective collection strategies.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in reconciliations is preferred.

    + Formal degree is not required; practical experience is highly valued.

    + Familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.50/hr.
