    Accounting Assistant - Hiring urgently

    Description

    As an Accounting Assistant processional, you will play a crucial role in our finance team by handling various accounts payable tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations.

    Responsibilities:

    Handle daily accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

     

    Manage the processing of AP invoices and oversee cash disbursements.

     

    Work closely with team members to verify invoices and maintain high standards of customer service.

     

    Identify and resolve unique or complex accounts payable issues.

     

    Support additional accounting duties as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

     

    Experience in supervising other financial professionals is a plus.

    Mon-Fri/ 8am-5pm

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
