    Job Description

    The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction through continuous improvement programs. This role involves managing a team of 25 employees and ensuring that daily preventative maintenance tasks are completed. The position requires minimal hands-on work unless necessary.

    Qualifications

    + MUST HAVE 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience

    + MUST HAVE 8+ years of maintenance management/supervision

    + Must have plastics/injection molding experience

    This is a fully onsite position in Clyde,OH.
