Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Technician is a vital member of the TPM Crew, responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment, including simple PM tasks such as fluid changes, filter changes, and assisting the Maintenance team. This role requires weekend availability from **Friday to Monday, working from 6AM to 4:30PM** .
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment.
+ Lubricate machines and change out filters.
+ Conduct key cleaning and basic PM repairs on machines.
+ Assist the Maintenance team with routine maintenance activities.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical aptitude, particularly in automotive repair, HVAC, or mechanical assembly.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Understanding of blueprints, hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in automotive mechanics, basic construction, or machine repair.
+ Experience as a low-level maintenance technician.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility featuring CNC equipment, robotic welders, multi-access robots, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, conveyors, and mechanical drive systems. The environment is clean and safe, promoting a robust team-oriented culture.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
