Job Description: Senior Software Developer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer with extensive expertise in building cloud-native microservices to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience working with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and AWS cloud services. A proven track record of leading development efforts on microservices architecture within a SaaS environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

+ Lead development efforts and guide the team in best practices and design patterns.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

+ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

+ Manage CI/CD processes, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitLab.

+ Work with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry for application orchestration and management.

+ Implement and manage cloud solutions, primarily using AWS services.

Qualifications:

+ 8+ years of experience in developing cloud-native microservices using Java.

+ Strong expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework, with experience in UI development.

+ Proven experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes for SaaS applications.

+ Solid understanding of Trunk-based development practices for version control.

+ Hands-on experience in building and managing containers using tools like Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, and Docker.

+ Strong proficiency in Core Java, covering key areas such as Collections, Threads, Regular Expressions, and Exception Handling.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
