    The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, renovation, and expansion of Fulfillment Centers across the United States. This role requires effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience: Must have experience in at least two areas within the construction industry, such as General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar fields.

    + Communication: Proven ability to convey project requirements effectively to different audiences.

    + Facilities Management: Experience in roles involving planning, design review, implementation, and management/control of both new structures and existing buildings.

    + Program Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Certification: Project Management accreditation (PMP or equivalent) is required.

    Experience Level

    + Intermediate Level: Suitable for professionals with a moderate level of experience in the construction management field.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
