    Description

    This individual will be responsible for supporting the development of a harmonized global product dictionary. This contract is essential in building a comprehensive global product catalog using Veeva Vault PromoMats, which will serve as the foundation for future initiatives such as claims libraries, claims linking and modular product development. This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity and alignment across the company's global regulatory and commercial systems.

    Day to day Responsibilities:

    -Analyze and reconcile product data between the company's internal Regulatory system and Veeva Vault PromoMats

     

    -Validate product names using common and brand naming conventions across global systems

     

    -Review marketing materials and digital asset library to ensure product data completeness

     

    -Investigate and resolve discrepancies in product naming with input from brand teams and regional markets

     

    -Confirm product information accuracy in the absence of supporting documentation

     

    -Research country-specific websites for additional product documentation and update Veeva accordingly

     

    -Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to verify and maintain accurate product data

     

    -Contribute to the creation of a unified product catalog that supports the company's strategy

     

    -Help define the governance process for future updates

    NICE TO HAVE:

    -Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar product management systems

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
