    Job Title: Assembler Lead

    Job Description

    We are seeking qualified production personnel to join our team as an Assembler Lead in the ambulance manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of components for ambulances, including installing components, circuit modules, relays, and harnesses in various assemblies and chassis units for electronic and electromechanical products.

    Responsibilities

    + Install components, circuit modules, relays, and harnesses in a variety of assemblies and chassis units.

    + Utilize knowledge of all power tools, including drills and edge fillers, to fit and assemble various detail parts and assemblies.

    + Cut openings in bodies to accommodate wires and components.

    + Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and repair parts sent back from clients.

    + Lead a team of 5 assemblers in the rework department.

    + Bi-lingual skills in Spanish are beneficial.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in assembly and production work.

    + Proficiency in mechanical assembly and installation using hand and power tools.

    + Leadership experience, either military or on-the-job.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.

    + Strong tenure in manufacturing and production assembly.

    + Any experience in automotive, HVAC, blueprint reading, framing, or sheet metal fabrication is advantageous.

    + Bi-lingual skills in Spanish.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SOUTH EL MONTE, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
