Job Title: Controls Technician
Job Description
As a Controls Technician you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing all equipment, including furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, palletizers. You must meet all safety standards and production needs by responding to equipment failures quickly. The role requires completing all PLC work (primarily troubleshooting but some editing and programming) and basic electrical work, without any mechanical work.
Responsibilities
+ Install, inspect, adjust, and repair equipment such as furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, palletizers, yard equipment (haulers, skid loaders, forklifts).
+ Ensure all safety standards are met.
+ Respond quickly to equipment failures to meet production needs.
+ Complete all PLC work, including troubleshooting, editing, and programming.
+ Perform basic electrical work.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of controls experience, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
+ Experience in troubleshooting, editing, and programming PLCs.
+ Electrical experience, including 3-phase, 480V, sensors, relays, and electrical boxes.
+ Foundry experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
