Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description
Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will be responsible for supporting activities and disinfecting GMP spaces, equipment, and associated areas involved in the manufacture of Master and Working Cell Banks. You will work in production facilities dedicated to the manufacture of Cell & Gene Therapy products and final product fills, adhering strictly to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Responsibilities
+ Operate, maintain, and clean equipment used in the manufacturing process.
+ Prepare solutions and materials necessary for production.
+ Apply aseptic technique concepts and maintain proper cleanroom behavior.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in manufacturing processes and aseptic cleaning.
+ Knowledge of sterile, disinfection, cleaning, sterilization, and sample preparation techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of relevant experience within a cGMP environment.
+ Experience with aseptic cleaning and sterilization.
Work Environment
Work in an aseptic manufacturing environment that requires full gowning. Be prepared for holiday and shift work as determined by the manufacturing schedule. You must be able to wear appropriate cleanroom attire, such as surgical masks, and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Shift options are available from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Enjoy the benefit of rapid advancement based on performance rather than tenure.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
