This role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of electrical control systems and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge of automation products and be adept at communicating complex solutions to customers in a clear and consultative manner.

    Responsibilities

    + Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries and regions.

    + Promote and sell electrical control products, automation systems, and related services to customers.

    + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.

    + Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product and service offerings.

    + Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with client expectations.

    + Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

    + Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

    + Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

    + Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts using CRM tools.

    Essential Skills

    + Technical knowledge of automation products.

    + Proficiency in sales, engineering, bidding, quoting, and proposal development.

    Work Environment

    This position will primarily be onsite, in the office, with some flexibility available when needed. Additionally, domestic travel will be required when quoting projects.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
