Description:
Join our dynamic team as an Analytical Chemist and become a key player in ensuring the quality and integrity of our innovative products. You'll be at the forefront of material characterization, utilizing a comprehensive suite of cutting-edge analytical instrumentation including ICP, AA, HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, Mass Spec, NMR, and more.
Beyond routine analysis, you'll have the opportunity to delve into the nuances of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You'll be instrumental in sample preparation, test execution, and the meticulous documentation of your findings, upholding Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
This role offers a chance to contribute to the smooth operation of our laboratory by assisting with the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced instruments. You'll play a part in refining our established procedures and contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods, expanding our capabilities.
Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with R&D, Quality Control, and Production teams, ensuring our analytical insights directly support project goals and drive innovation. You'll also maintain essential ISO documentation and champion our commitment to safety through diligent chemical handling and waste disposal practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
+ A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in an academic or industrial analytical laboratory setting.
+ Demonstrated expertise in applying analytical test methods and contributing to method development.
+ Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively across disciplines.
+ A high degree of independence, initiative, and the ability to proactively manage projects and meet deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex scientific findings and concepts clearly.
+ Experience characterizing novel chemical compounds, including organometallic compounds, is a significant plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
