    Minimum qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

    + 4 years of experience in spreadsheet modeling (slide creations, data visualization) and presenting to executive stakeholders.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience managing projects across multiple functions and product areas.

    + Understanding of ad sales business models.

    + Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem (viewers, creators, advertisers) and products.

    + Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese fluently to support LATAM relationships.

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize user feedback into finding products that can use and translate complex product offerings simply for users.

    + Excellent program management, investigative, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.

     

    The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.

     

    The core capabilities of the team include: designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.

     

    The YouTube partner sales Go-To-Market Strategy (GTMS) team is responsible for the performance of our YouTube partner sales program which spans TV, film, news, music, kids, and creator ecosystem partners. Our partner sales team creates and maintains the program architecture, develops go-to-market strategies, and supports our Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and YouTube partner sellers to improve their promoting capabilities across the full suite of YouTube products (e.g., YouTube main, YouTube TV, PrimeTime Channels, etc.).

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     + Set the Go-To-Market strategy for our Americas partner sales efforts, including influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders, and driving execution on product and business priorities.

    + Work cross-functionally with content partnerships, product managers, finance, and more to shape partner sales product strategy, craft Go-To-Market strategies, develop communications for new products, and synthesize global market feedback.

    + Develop insights reports that highlight the user and partner issues and business opportunities that should be prioritized.

    + Perform C-level presentations for program updates or decision points.

    + Work with evaluation and internal approval processes.
