    Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst

     

    Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Analyst to join our team at the Milipitas, CA facility. The Senior EHS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety protocols are maintained in our heavy manufacturing environment. This role involves implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and providing training to employees to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Implement and sustain the EHS Programs:** Assist in creating and executing EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    + **Risk Assessment and Management:** Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

    + **Training and Education:** Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote awareness and compliance.

    + **Incident Investigation:** Lead investigations into EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.

    + **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations and standards.

    + **Health and Safety Culture:** Foster a health and safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.

    + **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate records and reports on EHS activities, incidents, and compliance.

    + **Emergency Response:** Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures for the facility.

    + **Environmental Sustainability:** Promote and oversee environmental sustainability initiatives within the facility.

    + **Communication:** Effectively deliver safety messages during monthly communication meetings, lead the EHS Committee, develop and disseminate EHS messaging, and create engaging PowerPoint presentations.

    + **Assist with EHS at other Manufacturing sites:** Provide support and expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment across Omnicell’s other manufacturing sites.

    + **Other duties as assigned**

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    + Education: BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 external audits

    + Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.

    + ISO 14001/ISO 45001 Certified Internal Auditor

    Salary Range:

    $115,000 - $130,000

    Work Conditions

    + Work at Omnicell’s Milpitas facility

    + Travel will be 40%, traveling to Omnicell's St. Petersburg, FL and Warrendale, PA locations.
