Assists with the administration of all benefits programs, ensuring compliance and providing effective support in analyzing, planning, developing, benchmarking and execution. This role also involves communication with Team Members, vendor and other departments, and staying current on relevant regulations.
The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
+ Support the administration of benefits and retirement plans, including but not limited to:
+ Executing annual benefit requirements for 401k audit and discrimination testing
+ Owning and processing bills
+ Reconciliations
+ Vendor relations
+ Leave of absence and disability claim administration
+ Analyze employment and benefits data for accuracy; prepare reports related to benefit plans
+ Act as the first point of contact, providing clear and concise information to team members who have questions about their benefits
+ Benefits communication and education:
+ Partner and assist in the planning and execution of annual open enrollment across our US locations
+ Collaborate with HR, leadership and Team Members to ensure effective communication about benefits programs
+ Assist in new hire orientation, communicating information about the company’s benefits packages and policies
+ Assist in creating materials to effectively communicate benefit programs, policies and practices using various tools and modes of communication
+ Develop and update benefit policies and procedures to support the local HR teams
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary
Required Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent
Required Experience:
+ 3+ years of current Human Resources benefits experience including 401k and medical insurance experience
+ Demonstrated current working knowledge of ERISA laws, ACA, HSA, HIPAA, COBRA, and Section 125 Plans
+ Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT), mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail
+ Ability to manage and work with sensitive and confidential data and information
+ Proficiency with systems and reporting
+ An organized self-starter with initiative who can lead and work in a fast-paced and changing environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills; able to motivate and effectively collaborate as a member of that team
+ Able to anticipate and independently solve problems
+ Exceptional communication and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to present analyses and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of team members and leadership
+ Demonstrated growth through increasing role responsibility and professional development
+ High degree of flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
+ Flexibility to travel domestically for onsite Open Enrollment and/or benefit roll-outs Ability to travel domestically for onsite Open Enrollment
Preferred:
+ PHR/SPHR Certification
+ CEBS
+ UKG experience

The salary range for this role is $67,400 - $92,730 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. Jack Link’s provides a variety of benefits to eligible Team Members, including medical, dental and vision benefits, life and disability insurance, 401k participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
