    Description

    Job Summary: The Loan Servicing Representative is responsible for managing and maintaining loan accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of loan payments, and providing exceptional customer service to borrowers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and performing administrative tasks related to loan servicing.

     

    - Process loan payments and ensure accurate posting to borrower accounts.

     

    - Respond to borrower inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information.

     

    - Assist borrowers with loan modifications, payment plans, and other servicing options.

     

    - Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate collection efforts as needed.

     

    - Maintain detailed records of loan transactions and borrower interactions.

     

    - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

     

    - Prepare and distribute loan statements, notices, and other correspondence.

     

    - Perform regular audits of loan accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

     

    - Provide support during internal and external audits.

     

    •Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

    + Previous experience in loan servicing, banking, or customer service.

    + Strong understanding of loan products and servicing procedures.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan servicing software.

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

    + MUST: 1+ year/s of Servicing experience on the banking side

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
