About Us: Our client, a prominent player in the insurance industry, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join their remote team in the USA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of client support and service processes.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

+ Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.

+ Maintain accurate client records and document interactions.

+ Provide information about our products and services to clients.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client experiences.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

+ Previous experience in customer service or client support.

+ Property and Casualty Insurance License required.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
