Automation Quality Engineer

What does a successful Automation Quality Engineer do at Fiserv?

You will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to run on Ingenico and Clover payment hardware. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our payment solutions.

What you will do:

+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Ingenico and Clover payment hardware

+ Execute automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of payment solutions

+ Participate in the design and implementation of test plans and strategies

+ Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve issues

+ Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancements

+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation

What you will need to have:

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

+ 5 years of experience in test automation, preferably in the payment industry.

+ Experience working with automated testing tools and frameworks.

+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.

What would be great to have:

+ Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration tools.

+ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

+ Experience with Ingenico and/or Clover payment hardware

+ Knowledge of payment protocols and standards (EMV, PCI).

+ Certification in testing or quality assurance.
