    Job Title:

    Facilities Manager

    Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

    + Manage onsite facility service providers and staff

    + Act as a liaison with property management for work order coordination and property communications

    + Oversee reception, shipping and receiving, and general office management functions

    + Responsible for site security and technology tools (access control, surveillance, visitor mgt)

    + Manage conference room and break areas including food/beverage, equipment, and supplies

    + Manage UCBs’ LEED Sustainability requirements

    + Responsible for maintaining budget oversight and expenditure

    + Acts as site safety, including drafting and adhering to emergency action plans and drills

    + Lead/oversee approved site facilities projects

    + Assist with site events

    + Facilitates daily site inspections, documents and remedy deficiencies

    + Performs other duties as required

    Required Experience and Education:

    + BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience required

    + IFMA/BOMA certification preferred

    + 3 years of management experience

    + 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management

    + Organization (Time management, Prioritizing tasks, Attention to detail, Follow-up)

    + Collaborates effectively with UCB Site Head, UCB Head of Facilities US and Emcor General Mgr.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
