    Amergis Staffing is currently seeking TRAVEL and Localexperienced RN ER nurses for Washington DC!

    Position Details:

    Position: RN ER

     

    Shift: Days and Nights available – 36hrs 3x12

     

    Contract Length: 13 wks

     

    Number of Openings: 10

     

    Start Date: ASAP 7 days from offer

     

    Must live 50 miles away for Travel Pay

    **EXPEDITED ONBOARDING APPROVED** - CANDIDATES WILL ONLY NEED A COMPLETEDBACKGROUND CHECK (FREE OF HITS), CLEAR SANCTION CHECKS AND AN ACTIVE DC RNLICENSE TO START. ALL ADDITIONAL COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DUE WITHIN 14DAYS OF THEIR START DATE. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE REMAINING DOCUMENTS WILL RESULTIN A CONTRACT CANCELLATION.

    • NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS & ACLS – Required

    • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district -Required

    • ER Experience - Required: 1 Year

    • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required

    • BSN - Highly desired

     

    Travel experience preferred

     

    The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergentcritical care areas.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse License within the state ofpractice

    + Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
