The Market Executive of Operations (MEO) will be responsible for monitoring branch operations specific to market assigned, to ensure financial, clinical operations and quality, service and sales initiatives are adhering to government regulations, along with corporate policies and guidelines. Develops strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market monitoring expenditures. Generates specific market quality assessment reports along with monitoring, reviewing, and managing patient satisfaction data. MEO will work closely with AVPO along with various cross functional teams at both the region and corporate level to ensure success of overall of assigned markets.

The **RN Market Executive of Operations (MEO** ) will be responsible for monitoring branch operations specific to market assigned, to ensure financial, clinical operations and quality, service and sales initiatives are adhering to government regulations, along with corporate policies and guidelines. Develops strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market monitoring expenditures. Generates specific market quality assessment reports along with monitoring, reviewing, and managing patient satisfaction data. MEO will work closely with AVPO along with various cross functional teams at both the region and corporate level to ensure success of overall of assigned markets.

+ Assigned to a specific market within the area, manages Branch Directors within the assigned market, including people leadership management.
+ Develops strategic plans, including growth strategies, budget adherence, and annual planning, achieving financial goals.
+ Reviews and analyzes assigned market conditions, competitors, and business volume.
+ Coordinates with Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities related to branch billing, payroll, credit, and data entry activities.
+ Partners with sales counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base.
+ Partners with Clinical counterpart to ensure clinical operations and quality metrics meet or exceed KPIs. Supports and ensures execution of performance improvement plans, as necessary.
+ May partner with Intake team, overseeing the process for referrals and pre-authorization/eligibility for the assigned area.
+ May oversee backfill for Branch Director and fill-in when Branch Director role may be open.

+ 60- 90 branch in person touchpoints per year.
+ **Travel approximately 50% -75%.** The role requires the ability to travel within the assigned market on short notice. The Washington market includes branch locations in Seattle and Vancouver. The Oregon market includes a branch location in Portland.
+ **Must reside within the state of Washington and reside in/within commutable distance of Seattle, WA.**
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing), healthcare administration, business or related field required.
License/Certifications:
+ Active RN license in good standing.
+ Active RN license for the state of Washington is required. In addition, it is also strongly preferred to have an RN license for the state of Oregon.
Experience:
+ Home health experience is required.
+ Previous experience in home-based care functioning in a branch leadership (Branch Director/Administrator) or Clinical Manager role strongly preferred.
+ Management and people leadership experience is required.
+ Multi-site management and operations experience is required.
+ OASIS experience is required. OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C) is preferred.
+ Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is preferred.
+ Experience with CMS/Medicare regulations and accreditation standards is required.
+ Knowledge of CMS PDGM billing requirements is required.
+ Current or recent experience managing a minimum of 10M in healthcare revenue is required.
+ Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Strong engagement, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
+ Strong financial and business acumen with proven ability to create practical solutions to address business challenges.
+ Experience with TPE (Targeted Probe and Educate) programs, auditing, and patient satisfaction survey experience is highly desired.
Additional Information:
+ Work Environment: Hybrid (Remote & Field-based Travel)
+ Travel Expectations: Will travel 50-75% of time between the states of Washington and Oregon.
+ Normal Hours of Operation: M-F / 8a-5p (ET)
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$131,100 - $177,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
