    Job Description

    This Digital Merchandising Specialist will be instrumental in optimizing the online product presentation, digital experience, and merchandising strategies for their brands to drive superior customer engagement and achieve key business objectives. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing diverse tasks, processes, and communications effectively. The Specialist will be responsible for analyzing performance data and market trends to implement dynamic merchandising tactics that maximize sales, margin, conversion, engagement, and inventory turnover. They will lead the execution of product narratives from concept to online deployment, directly contributing to revenue growth. Furthermore, the Digital Merchandising Specialist will maintain a strong understanding of the competitive ecommerce landscape, proactively identifying and proposing opportunities for enhanced site curation, targeted landing pages, improved navigation, and an elevated overall customer experience.

     

    This individual will be adept at leveraging data-driven insights from reporting and the seasonal product calendar to prioritize their workload and drive impactful merchandising decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excel at managing deadlines, and demonstrate a passion for the intricacies of ecommerce merchandising. This role will be a key contributor to the merchandising vision, taking ownership of the seamless introduction of new products online, ensuring the accuracy and effective communication of product information, and supporting a wide range of ecommerce sales-related initiatives.

     

    The Digital Merchandising Specialist reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics and Merchandising and collaborates closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, and Product Teams. This role is onsite in **Irvine, CA** . We're planning for a May start date and the role will last 5 months.

    In this role, you'll get to:

    + Optimize online product presentation and merchandising to maximize customer engagement, conversion rates, and search relevancy across all devices.

    + Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate actionable insights to drive strategic merchandising decisions and implement impactful recommendations.

    + Develop and maintain a strategically curated online product assortment based on data-driven insights and market understanding.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to outline, request and ultimately enhance the digital product assets to enhance online customer experience.

    Pay Range:

    Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $35.00

     

    The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
