As a CMA or LPN in our Family Medicine clinic, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping our community stay well. Here’s a look at what your day may include:

+ **Hands-On Patient Care** – Support providers with exams, procedures, and treatments, ensuring each patient receives timely, quality care.

+ **Team Collaboration** – Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow clinical staff in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

+ **Clinical Excellence** – Document accurately, follow clinical protocols, and help maintain a safe, efficient environment for all.

Qualifications

For Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):

+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent

+ **Program:** Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

+ **Experience:** Minimum of one (1) year of experience preferred

+ **Certifications:**

+ Current BLS-CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

+ National MA certification (NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA)

For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

+ **Education:** Graduate of an accredited LPN program

+ **Licensure:** Current LPN license in the state of practice

+ **Certifications:** Current BLS-CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

+ **Experience:** Previous outpatient clinic experience preferred, but not required
