    Job Overview

     

    Ebenezer is looking for a **Houskeeping & Maintenance Technician** to join our Senior HUD location in Moundsview, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall housekeeping and maintenance of the building at our Wildwood Manor Apartments location. This maintenance/environmental services schedule includes;

     

    + 80 hours every two weeks

    + Full time, day shift

    + Weekends as needed, On call every other week

    Job** **Duties:

    + Cleans public areas of building as assigned

    + Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment

    + Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies

    + Performs routine maintenance duties

    + Performs general repairs

    + Performs other duties required by the specific housing community

    Required Qualifications:

    + Special Boiler’s License (upon hire)

    + Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

    + 0 - 1 year of previous experience

    + Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related

    + Three to five years of previous experience
