Hybrid 2 days onsite in Cambridge, MA

We are seeking a skilled Business/Data Analyst to join our team at a leading biotech company. In this role, you'll document data/reporting for our Therapeutic Area, gather business requirements, and facilitate stakeholder meetings. Collaborate with marketing leaders and technical teams to shape solutions and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your SQL expertise and strong analytical skills will drive success. Rate: $50 - $58/hr

_Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

Responsibilities:

+ Document current state of data / reporting for the TA

+ Gather and document business requirements from commercial stakeholders for analytics, reporting, and system enhancements.

+ Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment on priorities.

+ Support territory alignments, incentive compensation inputs, and targeting strategies and modifications to existing data and reporting

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy policies (e.g., HIPAA), and internal standards.

+ SQL knowledge and experience working and having logical / conceptual understanding of datasets – including KPIs, metrics etc.

+ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

+ Power BI skills would be a plus, to build dashboards or reports only if needed.

Experience Requirements:

+ Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotech industry experience.

Education Requirements:

+ Bachelor's Degree

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
