    ManTech (Hanover, MD)


    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Python Software Developer** to join our team in **Hanover, MD** .

     

    As a valued member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing advanced cyber capabilities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities

    + Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems

    + Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks

    + Communicate status with leadership and customers

    + Ensure software standards are met

    Basic Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma and 8+ years’ experience with software development

    + Experience with Python programming

    + Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

    + Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP or similar

    + Experience with socket level programming

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

    + Experience with CNO capability development

    + Experience with C/C++ programming

    + Experience with software analysis, reverse engineering or unit testing

    + Experience using Atlassian products

    + Experience managing or leading teams

    + Understanding of assembly programming concepts

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    + Must have active/current TS/SCI with polygraph

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain stationary at least 50% of the time.
