Nexstar Media Group seeks a talented and driven Digital Sales Executive to join our dynamic and vibrant team. As a critical member of our digital sales team, you will be responsible for generating and growing revenue through the sale of our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

+ Sales Leadership: Spearhead digital marketing services sales in your assigned market.

+ Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.

+ Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.

+ Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities.

+ Digital Advocacy: Educate and promote the value of digital marketing solutions both internally and externally.

+ Sales Execution: Effectively close deals, maintain clear communication with clients, and excel in client meetings.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.

+ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or media sales.

+ In-depth knowledge of local digital marketing services and their effective application.

+ Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-level decision-makers.

+ Consultative sales approach and a collaborative mindset.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

+ Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry trends.

+ Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales CRM systems.

Bonus Points:

+ IAB and/or Google AdWords Certification.

+ Experience in automotive and database digital marketing sales.

+ Proficiency in DFP / Google Ad Manager, Wide Orbit, and other digital marketing platforms.
