Purpose:
The Director, Field Reimbursement Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension is a leadership position accountable for effectively leading, developing, and managing a team of FRM Associate Directors and FRMs who have access & fulfillment related responsibilities across Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension healthcare provider accounts as well as collaborating with a wide range of cross-disciplinary internal and external partners. The Director is focused on ensuring healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers are enabled with the information, tools and resources needed to ensure patient ability to start and stay on therapy.
You will be responsible for:
+ Contribute to the development and shaping of the FRM strategy, define team success metrics, and encourage innovative FRM solutions to deliver an outstanding FRM team.
+ Be responsible for leading a large team of direct/indirect reports to improve access & fulfillment related impact for JJIM prescribed patients starting or staying on therapy.
+ Be responsible for developing and completing an aligned PECS business plan.
+ Aid the team in securing and applying resources and efforts to enhance the JJIM access & fulfillment experience delivered to healthcare providers.
+ Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse and versatile team who are proficient and skilled in the healthcare marketplace, and in access & fulfillment. Develop and mentor both Associate Directors and FRMs on core proficiencies and imperatives within their area of responsibility.
+ Collaborate extensively at all organizational levels with key internal partners (ie, Sales Leadership, Brand, PECS, Compliance, etc) as well as external partners & collaborators to develop efficient access to and established relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.
+ Serve as a member of the PECS Field Access & Affordability Solutions leadership, contributing standard methodologies and supporting cross-cutting projects (e.g., developing strategy for the overall function, training, technology, etc.)
+ Lead and optimize performance within an assigned team budget.
+ Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Education
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred
Required Qualifications
+ A minimum of 10 years healthcare business related experience required, including a concentration in biopharmaceutical market access, field reimbursement or managed markets
+ Prior direct people management / leadership experience
+ Consistent track record to lead, develop, mentor and engage high performing, teams with varied strengths
+ Demonstrated capabilities and performance success in prior roles
+ Knowledge of reimbursement principles including pharmacy benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals processes
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in Rare Disease
+ Cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development)
+ Second level manager experience
+ Consistent record leading or collaborating with a field-based reimbursement and/or nursing team
+ Proven ability to navigate high profile, sophisticated business circumstances
+ Experience developing and driving customer focused strategies
+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment
+ Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
+ Budget management experience

+ This role involves travel up to 50 % of the time. Position can be field based or home office based.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.
\#Li-Hybrid
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
+ Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
