Summary You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Division Operations Branch (WXQL), Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division (WXQ), Spectrum Warfare Dept. (WX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band is equivalent to the GS-13/14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000). Responsibilities You will serve as the WXQ Division Security Coordinator, providing security coordinator duties for WXQ. You will be the main POC for Buildings 3330N Security measures and maintaining the security posture in 3330N in regards to the Command procedures laid out by the Security Division. You will serve as main POC for receiving clearances/accesses to the buildings. You will represent WXQ Divisions for all matters pertaining OPSEC. You will be the primary classified inventory auditor. You will be in charge of writing Security Plans and SOPs for the Division regarding Security. You will manage visitor processing for the Division, including Foreign Nationals. You will conduct weekly self-inspections, investigates security infractions and ensures appropriate accreditation documentation is available for the building. You will develop policies, procedures, and best practices for the Division to follow in regard to Security. You will be in charge of maintaining the access list for the 3330N Facility. You will support as the OPSEC Reviewer for WXQ Division contracts, You will provide security in/out briefings to onboarding/offboarding employees to the WXQ Division. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical expertise and direction in implementation of physical security policies, plans, and procedures for security programs to maintain organizational compliance and protective measures.
