    Seeking a BE/BC general orthopedic surgeon or fellowship trained in hand, foot/ankle, shoulder or sports medicine

    * Join a team of three orthopedic surgeons, one sports medicine physician and five advanced practice providers

    * Large referral base-142,000

    * 118 bed hospital, 9 operating rooms

    * New Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center that includes:

    o A two-story, 46,385 square foot expansion

    o 2 state-of-the art X-ray rooms

    o Space for up to six orthopedic surgeons

    o Integrated services of orthopedics, sports medicine and rehab in one central location

     

    Compensation Package

     

    Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

    Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $631,148 - $816,780 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

    Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
