NVIDIA is searching for a Partner Business Manager in Chicago, IL, to join our America's Partner Organization team. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with AHEAD, our esteemed National Partner, and bring AI use cases to life. If you are passionate about sales and have excelled in a partner-led model, this role is for you!

    What you'll be doing:

    As a Partner Business Manager, you will:

    + Develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve business sales and objectives.

    + Lead and mentor NVIDIA Practice development, establishing relationships with C-Level Executives and Partner sales and engineering teams.

    + Drive Partner Demand Generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth with NVIDIA Solution Providers and Sales Teams.

    + Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and NVIDIA teams from marketing, technical, and sales functions to resolve operational and business challenges.

    What we need to see:

    + At least 8 years of experience leading Partner relationships.

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    + Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Center Ecosystems and National Partner Business models.

    + Expertise in NVIDIA products and the ability to be viewed as a company specialist.

    + Ability to travel up to 50%.

    + Validated ability to lead a program or project in a complex organization.

    + Personal accountability for decisions crucial to project success.

    The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
