    We’re looking for well-rounded engineers to join our growing team of DevSecOps and Cloud Infrastructure practitioners supporting the U.S. Air Force Unified Platform Software Factory. Based in San Antonio, the Unified Platform consists of a diverse group of industry experts that leverage agile methodologies and state-of-the-art DevSecOps practices to deliver rapid, impactful solutions to the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Cyber Command.  In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting efforts related to automation and infrastructure, security implementation, technical compliance and governance, incident monitoring and response, enhancement and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement.  Ideal candidates thrive on automating processes, implementing infrastructure as code, and leveraging cloud and containerization technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.     Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

    + Follow Agile/GitOpsprocesses using tools such as Jira and Gitlab or Nexus.

    + Work as generalist that can support the deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and interoperability ofvarious software.

    + Manage containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.

    + Develop andmaintainHelm charts for deployment withArgoCDand/orFluxCD.

    + OptimizeKubernetes resource allocation and autoscaling configurations.

    + Integrate security tools and practices into CI/CD pipelinesincluding but not limited toKyvernopolicy enforcement.

    + Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

    + Implement andmaintainsecurity controlsin accordance withDoD standards such as NIST SP 800-53, DISA STIGs, and the DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference Design.

    + Maintain andoptimizeAWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-based resources.

    + Integrate DevSecOps tools and services to enable automated pipelines that support customer applications throughout their SDLC.

    + Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams and contribute to the development of DevSecOps strategies and roadmaps.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering related discipline.

    + Active T5 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.

    + US Citizenship is required due to client requirements.

    + IA System Architecture and Engineer (IASAE) Level II Certification (CASP, CISSP, CSSSLP).

    + 5 yearsdemonstratedexperienceprovidingtechnical guidance to other engineers on automation/build tools, Version Control, CI/CD, CM, and Monitoring tools.

    Desired Qualifications

    + Hands-on experience in any of the following roles or practice areas: CI/CD, DevSecOps, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Automation for System Administration and Operations.

    + Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for building services in Cloud-based IaaS/PaaS/SaaS environments.

    + Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to support the deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and interoperability of systems and software.

    + Familiarity scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

    + Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) solutions using tools like Packer, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.

    + Experience with Cloud One, Platform One, or Big Bang.

    + Exceptional communication skills and desire to work in a ‘badgeless” collaborative team environment consisting of Government clients, other Contractors, and Stakeholders.

    + Strong desireto work in team environment and learn new skills.

    + Be local to the San Antonio,Texasarea and available for hybrid work (2x/week in office).
