Position Description

American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Claims Adjuster - Automotive for our growing team at our office in Naperville, IL. In this role you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating minor to complex vehicle repair costs to accurately determine coverage and liability. You will take inbound calls to determine coverage based on contracts in order to appropriately resolve customer issues. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-\tAnswering inbound calls-\tProvide information about claim processing and explain the different levels of contract coverage and terms -\tAccurately establish, review and authorize claims-\tEntering claim and contract information into the AGWS\u2019 system

Requirements

High school diploma~^~2+ years of experience adjusting automobile mechanical claims~^~2+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic within a service department, dealership, or independent shop~^~Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment~^~ASE certification is a plus~^~Strong communication skills~^~Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills~^~Bilingual in English\/Spanish preferred
