    What You Will Do:

    As Vice President of Global Creative for Kiehl’s, you will shape the creative vision for this iconic brand, inspiring a high-performing team of creative professionals. You will pioneer the brand's creative direction, ensuring its consistent and inspiring expression across every customer interaction, both online and offline. This includes overseeing cutting-edge retail design and impactful visual merchandising (FSS, travel retail, wholesale, and events). You will mentor and develop a team of talented creatives, overseeing the creation and production of compelling creative assets. Strong collaboration with DMI, US teams, external artists, and agencies is essential.

    Responsibilities:

    Aesthetic Vision & Consistency:

    + Define and champion the overall creative vision for Kiehl’s.

    + Own and maintain the Kiehl’s brand guidelines and master document.

    + Ensure aesthetic consistency across all creative assets (brand creative, e-commerce, educational materials, eventing, graphic identity, social media, retail design, video, visual merchandising, and omni-media assets), excluding some agency-created production content.

    + Partner with Global Marketing on agency management, consulting, and guiding creative for agency-developed assets.

    + Design and implement the brand guidelines book across all relevant teams and projects.

    Asset Creation:

    + Lead and contribute to the creative vision and direction, creating and producing innovative omni-media assets (visuals, social media, video/film) with digital relevance.

    + Review and consult on asset designs created by Marketing, Communications, Digital/CRM, and agencies.

    + Design graphic charters for the brand and specific projects.

    + Optimize resources, talent, schedules, and budgets.

    + Collaborate with external agencies on brand initiatives, digital orchestrations, retail design, merchandising, and architecture.

    + Conceptualize and launch groundbreaking marketing campaigns (B, C, and occasionally A-level).

    + Partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Owned & Operated (O+O), and Communications to drive impactful results.

    Key Working Relationships:

    + Partner with external agencies on strategic direction for A-level launches.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand Engagement, and Omni-channel teams.

    + Communicate effectively (verbally, written, and visually) with all partners.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

    + 10+ years of experience as a design leader, Creative Director, or in a role reporting to a Creative Director for a major brand or agency.

    + Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.

    + Creative, bold, and digitally savvy.

    + Strong sense of style, taste, and typography.

    + Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.

    + 5+ years of experience managing teams of 4+ people.

    + Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams with multiple and competing priorities.

    + Deep understanding of skincare/beauty and pop culture trends.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
