    Role Overview

    **Sodexo** is seeking a **Food Production Manager 2** for **Holy Family Hospital** located in **Metheun, MA** . In this role you will operate as the Sous Chef and partner with the Executive Chef and supervise a team of 6 culinary professionals, and up to 30 food service hospital workers. The Manager will work mostly daytime hours, but every other weekend and holidays will be required.

    What You'll Do

    + work with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager on action stations, catering, retail and patient services

    + partner with the Patient Services Manager on improvements for the clinical side

    + train frontline staff and production team

    + oversee the Production team to ensure quality, portion control and temperatures of food for retail and patient services

    + monitor HACCP logs and cleaning schedule

    + conduct food and safety audits

    + ensure all Sodexo standards are met
