    **Schedule:** Full Time

    **Shift** : M-F 8am-5pm

    **Location:** Will travel between our Centra Care facilities in Overland Park, Shawnee Mission and Olathe

    The role you’ll contribute:

    Under the direction of the Executive Director Retail Services the Clinical Educator Primary Care coordinates and assists staff education related to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure excellent quality care and patient safety standards. Available as a resource to clinical staff and monitors and reviews QA/QC processes. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

    + Completes monthly center inspections to include: Nursing visits, Diagnostic, pharmacy inspections, and engineering and work practice monitor. Tracks/trends problem corrective actions related to inspections. Assists center with plan of action to correct any non-compliant areas

    + Leads continuous clinical training across locations ensuring standard work and policies & procedures are consistent across all sites of care.

    + Performs or assigns new hire training/performs post training assessment and assists with ongoing clinical in-service/education initiatives/remediation. Validates skill and knowledge of trainers.

    + Participates in root-cause analysis exercise related to Risk Master events

    + Performs monthly quality control reporting & Reviews Laboratory Quality Control and proficiency testing. Documents problem corrective actions.

    + Assist with new center openings by setting up Lab license, clinical accounts and physical set up of new clinic

    + Maintains effective department communication: Communicates effectively with clinical staff and center managers

    The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed** **:

    Minimum qualifications:

    + Graduate of accredited MA program OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    + 2 Primary Care Experience

    + Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-AAMA

    + Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)-American Medical Technologists

    + National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)-NCTT National Center for Competency Testing (“NCCT”) for National Certified Medical Assistant

    + Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Current Florida License

    + Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Current proficiency in CPR

    + MA Certification

    + American Medical Certification Association (“AMCA”) for Clinical Medical Assistant Certification

    + National Association for Health Professionals (“NAHP”) for Nationally Registered

    + National Healthcare Association (“NHA”) for Registered Clinical Medical Assistant

    Preferred qualifications:

    + 4 Primary Care Experience

    + 2 Supervisory Experience
